Archivio De Martiis
The images on this site that show the overlaid words "Photo © Archivio De Martiis" have been processed by the author through digital capture of some original photos of the "Archivio De Martiis".
The original photos of Archivio De Martiis are property of the legitimate heirs of Armando De Martiis who shot the most part of them and whom all the moral rights of authorship belong to.
As a rightful heir, and in accord with the other legal heirs, Claudio De Martiis has chosen to rework some original photos of Archivio De Martiis in ways that, in his judgment, his father would have approved.
Therefore, while recognizing and certifying the authorship of the original photos, Claudio De Martiis lays claim to the authorship of images published on this site, whether it are reproductions of photos taken by himself, or arising in rework of photos of Archivio De Martiis.
Links in World Wide Web
According to Netiquette, users who want to share via link the addresses of resources (URLs) related to images on this site are asked to avoid the incorrect form of "hard link", that is a direct link to an image file of this site, opting instead for the form of "soft links", i.e. copying the link to the directory or page containing the image that users want to share. Search engines allow to locate forms of "hard link" and the practice of "hard link" is not only incorrect, but it is also counterproductive for those who adopt it, because the owner of the site may, at his own discretion, change the content of the site itself.
